I started with Jim’s 3 years ago and bought an existing franchise.  The support we have had through the Jim’s group, and particularly from my franchisors, has enabled me to grow my business and become a successful franchisee.  Things I have learnt are… listen to your franchisor and to those who have been franchisees longer than you.  Learn from your mistakes and any customer feedback is good customer feedback.  Don’t forget to smile.  Owning a Jim’s franchise is rewarding, people know the Jim’s brand, it is recognised throughout Australia, which makes it easy to have that first conversation with new and perspective clients.  In three years I have made back what I spent on the franchise, growing my business while growing our family.
